I’ve recently relocated and now live in the Wood River Valley in Idaho with my fiancé, daughter, & two dogs. I enjoy quality time with my family and friends. I value setting aside time for self care of the mind, body, and spirit. At home, I like to cook, clean, and organize. I am passionate about natural and holistic living, and observing the mysticism and magic in life as it presents itself. I have many passions and hobbies. I love to continue to grow, learn, and practice my crafts as there is always more to know.

As a yoga teacher & meditation guide…
I was introduced to yoga and meditation in 2013 thanks to a dear friend who invited me to my first “real” yoga class that changed the course of my life in all the best ways. I continued to practice yoga and it’s teachings until I inevitably took my first (of many) yoga teacher trainings in 2016.
I became a yoga teacher to share the practice that has helped me (and continues to) in so many positive ways. They say “Yoga is Union” and I understand that to be true as it has unequivocally helped me connect my mind, body, and spirit. I believe that yoga is for everybody and that the breath is key.
